When do you release collections?

There's no set date on my releases, though I try to have a monthly schedule. Follow Zip N Zap Crafts on socials (links at the bottom of the website) or sign up for my email list to see what's coming up next and when.

Do you make custom earrings?

I do! They're not always open since I have limited slots available each month but head over to my "customs" page to learn more.

What metal do you use for your jewelry?

I use nickel-free sterling silver. I'm currently setting up an option to use titanium for those extra-sensitive but unfortunately it is not set up yet, please send me an email if you'd like to coordinate something in the meantime.

What should I know about polymer clay jewelry?

Polymer clay jewelry is very lightweight! Even if something looks big it's still lighter than normal-sized metal hoops. They can also be fragile so please store them in a safe spot and wear with care. If something broke even when you were being careful please email me and we can try to work out a replacement pair (not guaranteed but please reach out).

Do you accept returns or give refunds?

All sales are final so I cannot give refunds or replacements except in the following cases:

• Item lost: If the item's tracking link shows it got lost in transit or was never delivered, I will send a replacement or give a refund/credit.
• Items arrived damaged: If the item arrived damaged, I will send a replacement pair for free. Please email me a picture and description of the damage within 5 days of delivery and ship it back to me within 14 days of delivery.

Do you send a tracking link?

Yes! Every order will be confirmed with a tracking link.

When do you ship orders?

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days unless they are made-to-order. Please give 1-2 weeks for made-to-order items.
